22 February 2017 in the framework of the exhibition CPM (Collection Premiere Moscow) took place the final of the III all-Russian competition of industrial design of clothing PROfashion Masters. The jury this year participated for the first time Oksana Fedorova.
First place went to designer Alena Akhmerova, who presented a collection of white coats with couture decor in the result of the fruitful cooperation with the mentor of the project company Socrat. Alena grew up in St. Petersburg, graduated with honors Saint-Petersburg state University industrial technology and design, Institute of design of the costume. Participated in the international competition "Admiralty needle 2014", "Generation Next". Alena Akhmerova: "I'm always interested in contests and opportunities for young designers. Learned about PROfashion Masters and was pleasantly surprised equal conditions for the participants and the ability to work directly with textile manufacturers. I think the project is unique from the point of view of contacts between clothing manufacturers and designers".
