Creative competition "draw "the Tree of Victory"

A competition of Christmas drawings "draw "the Tree of Victory" launched by the Post of Russia, the Museum of Victory and the Fund "Hasten to do good!" in anticipation of the New year!

To participate in the competition pupils aged from 7 to 17 years from all over Russia, the drawings are accepted until October 31, and winners will be chosen on 18 November the expert Jury, headed by Miss universe, President OF BF "Hasten to do good!", TV presenter Oksana Fedorova.

The best works of young artists will be issued by Post of Russia in the format of postcards, collector's series in December 2018 with a circulation of 2000 copies. Children are invited to dream up on new year's victory in 1945.

"Our collections contain a lot of letters and postcards of the great Patriotic war, among them are new year greeting cards. After all, war is not just battles and battles and life in the rear. By 1945 all tired of the war, the success of our soldiers gave hope for a quick victory and people like holiday. Oksana Fedorova said: "For our Foundation, the Patriotic theme is one of the key work. The contest "draw the Tree of Victory" is very close to us on the subject - this is a wonderful opportunity for children to experience the distant 1945, get to know the history of his native country through the story of his family, to look through family archives, watch movies about the war. We used to make wishes and look for under the tree gifts, but as it was during the war, when everyone dreamed about the great Victory? I am sure that such competitions form in children patriotism, pride in their country, they deeper study the history of the war years and understand the value of our country got the Victory!".

The figures should match the time to convey the atmosphere of the festival and show what was the Christmas tree, 1945. Images can be not only imagination, but also a reflection of a real holiday. Contestants can create their drawings according to the stories of grandparents, or photos from family archives. If the basis of the cards went to the family history, the competitor can apply to the picture story about the depicted event.

Entries will be judged in three age categories: from 7 to 10 years, 11 to 14 years and 15 to 17 years. In each category will be determined by the three winners. Drawings can be made using any technique.

In order to participate, contestants must fill out an application via the link and attach a picture in jpg format. Work size should be at least 2000 pixels on the long side (300 dpi). One participant can send only one picture.
